Keeping your logs neat and tidy yet having easy access to them when you need them. Due to the log stores shape and design, they can be situated anywhere. Against a building, such as your house or existing shed or out-building. Our metal storage boxes are perfect for small areas or as use to store smaller items inside. They are great for use as an outdoor toy box, maybe to store garden cushions or garden accessories. They are easy to access the contents due to the lifting lid. Some storage boxes feature opening/sliding front doors as well as the lifting lid which are also great for easy access. Our Secure Store features an up-and-over lifting lid so when opening, this opens the front and the top. The storette’s and stores are the ideal solution if you have limited garden space. Our metal sheds start at the size of 3’5” x 4’9” for the pent metal shed and go all the way up to the grand size of 12ft x 38ft for the metal garage with many sizes in-between. With many shapes and sizes available, we are sure you will find just what you are looking for.
Metal sheds with a single door or a double door are available. Single doors can be useful as this can provide more inside storage room, however, double doors can be just as useful as you are then able to fit larger items through the doors to be able to store larger items. Hinged opening doors are an option which some people prefer or alternatively, sliding opening doors which you may prefer. This choice is made on your own personal preference. Metals sheds with a pent roof are available which consist of a flat roof which usually slope from front to back, some may be taller at the front sloping down towards the back on the shed, others slope from side to side, creating a ‘lean-to’ shed. The ‘lean-to’ metal sheds are perfect if you wish to situate the metal shed against another building, such as your house or another existing outdoor building. The other roof type is an apex which is a pointed roof where each side of the roof start at the wall height and meet in the middle at the highest point of the shed creating more headroom inside the building. Our range of metal sheds are available in different colours, such as green, silver, grey and wood effect. Metal sheds are particularly popular for their durability. All of our metal sheds are made from galvanised steel which is a coated metal adding extra protection to your metal shed preventing it from rusting. The majority of campsites and holiday parks will only allow metal sheds to be on site as they are fire and rodent proof, they also prove to be a more secure building due to their durability.
The metal sheds are delivered flat packed in boxes. The number of boxes you will receive is dependent on what size shed you choose. The boxes aren’t too big however, they may be a little heavy so we would advise you have someone who can help you move the boxes where you require. We also recommend two people install the shed and that you wear protective gloves when unpacking the contents of the boxes and during the assembly and the metal panels may be sharp. Included with your delivery will be the fixings you require to build the shed and the full instruction manual. Delivery times are different for each of our ranges of metal sheds, some being available within 48 hours, others within 5 working days, the larger items taking 10-15 working days. None of our metal sheds include a floor. We recommend all metal sheds are assembled on to a concreted or paved area which is level and solid. We then advise the shed is anchored to the ground using ‘L’ shaped brackets. Anchor kits are included with some of our metal sheds, others they are available to buy separately. If you are unable to assemble your metal shed, we can offer an installation service as an additional extra on many of our metal sheds. Our installation team have many years of experience and will install your shed to the highest possible standard. Whether you decided to erect the metal shed yourself or if you required our installation team to build your shed, we always recommend your base is prepared before your new shed is delivered. Another base option we offer is a foundation kit, which is a metal frame in which your shed sits on to. You would then need to fill it in with concrete or gravel. The foundation kit is purely a guideline for the size of base you need. Perfect if you only have a grass or soil area. Simply level out the surface, lay plastic membrane and pin the foundation kit in to the place you require. A timber floor option is also available on some metal sheds if you wanted a wooden floor to sit inside the shed.
